Senior Director of Operations and Communications | March 2019 – Present

• Sourced, reviewed, and initiated the association’s business, technology, and infrastructure requirements to enhance business operations.

• Recruited, interviewed, onboarded, and developed association staff members to enhance operations in alignment with the association’s mission.

• Continued to expand and lead the organization, management and implementation of the association’s membership recruitment and retention efforts achieving record membership growth of over 40 percent since 2010.

• Created, developed, and managed new and timely association events and programs increasing membership engagement and achieving significant ROI for the association.

• Led the development and implementation of award-winning virtual programming driving member value through education and networking during the COVID-19 pandemic to present.

• Developed and managed the production of new association websites, including the 2017 Southern Region Conference, 2019 Southern Region Conference, BOMA Show Trade Show, and the award-winning www.CREInsightJournal.com.
